Abstract

The Communist Party of China is a party in power. The historical mission of the Party and the leading of the Party need the Partys effective governing to realize them. Therefore, strengthening the construction of the Partys governance capability is the great subject of the Partys self building. It concerns our country construction process of well off society in an all round way, concerns the vicissitudes of the socialist cause, concerns the life and death of the Party and long-term stability of the Chinese nation, and concerns the ruling status of the Party. Enhancing the governance capability in the concept and idea, cadre training and ability of innovation is a realistic way of strengthening the construction of the Party's governance capability.
