Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effects and the effects of valsartan and nifedipine sustained-release tablets in the treatment of primary hypertension. Methods 142 patients with primary hypertension patients as the research object, then they were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients in the control group on the basis of conventional treatment combined with nifedipine sustained release tablets for treatment, the observation group were treated by valsartan + nifedipine sustained release on the basis of conventional therapy were treated. The treatment effect of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The observation group patients with obvious treatment effect significantly compared to the control group and the observation group patients, fewer complications, the recurrence rate is lower and higher satisfaction of patients. Conclusion The treatment of essential hypertension with valsartan and nifedipine sustained-release tablets on the basis of conventional treatment can get a more pronounced effect, can improve the cure rate of patients, reduce the recurrence of patients.
