The application of health education and nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with epilepsy

Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of health education and nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with epilepsy. Methods One hundred and two cases of patients with epilepsy admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group was given health education and nursing intervention, the control group was given routine care, the quality of life of two groups was compared. Results The quality of life scores of observation group after health education and nursing intervention were significantly better than that before nursing, and were significantly better than that of control group, the difference between two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion Health education and nursing intervention can improve the quality of life of patients with epilepsy, worthy of clinical application.
