Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of healthy education clinical nursing pathway in the nursing of diabetic patients. Methods A total of 124 diabetic patients admitted to the hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were randomly selected.According to the random number table method, 124 cases of diabetes patients were divided into research group (healthy education clinical nursing path) and control group (routine nursing), 62 cases of each group. The changes of health knowledge, behavioral ability, quality of life and satisfaction after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the health knowledge of the patients in the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of various indexes of behavioral ability of the patients in the study group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions The effect of health education clinical nursing pathway in diabetes nursing is more ideal, which can improve patients' knowledge of health, help them form a scientific lifestyle, improve the quality of life and improve nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of further study and promotion. Key words: Diabetes; Nursing intervention; Health education; Clinical nursing pathway
