Abstract
Dai Wang is a scholar of the late Qing Dynasty.He had studied both Han Doctrine and Song Doctrine,and he does not specialize in a certain school.He inherits and criticises Han Doctrine and Song Doctrine.By means of them,Dai Wang saves the tumbledown society.The thesis intends to simply organize his ideas of Han Doctrine and Song Doctrine,and experiences his utmost effort that he saves the society by his theory.
