On the Education Mode Innovation of Applied Talents in Business Administration in Information Society

Based on the analysis of the talents training mode and the major requirements of the information society,this paper put forward the innovative research of application type talents education mode on the existing training mode of the major of business management,and carry out the innovation from six aspects,that is the innovation of major training goal and scheme,the innovation of practice teaching and curriculum system,the innovation of experimental teaching and curriculum methods,the innovation of practice with the graduation thesis( design),and the innovation of practice platform planning and construction. This paper also describes the significance and value of the innovation in application type talents education mode based on the professional needs for the information society,and provides some ideas and reference for the reform of university and the cultivation of talents.
