There exists a problem in our law of e reputation right protection.Coordination between freedom of speech and reputation right protection of public celebrities.Making clear the scope and boundary of the protection becomes a starting point to make the protection process no longer difficult.The legal conception of public celebrities should be introduced to establish strengthening system with combining action of the systems of the compensation and malicious lawsuit as well as the principle of concrete malice.Meanwhile,the reputation right protection of public celebrities should be reasonably limited.The news law and other regulations should be drafted in order to protect freedom of speech and supervision of public opinions.
