Abstract

To solve the conflict between reputation right and the right on supervision of public opinion,many countries all over the world often use measurement of benefit theory to deal with the problem of right balance in cases.Only by making The Law of Supervision of public Opinion and The Law of News,standardizing the rights of reputation and supervision of public opinion,the conflict between news violation of reputation right and legal supervision of public opinion can be solved completely.
