On the Protection and Restriction of Reputation Right of the Civil Servant in Mass Media Supervision

Due to different value orientation,mass media supervision often conflicts with the protection of reputation right of civil servant.The key to reconcile them lies in the standard of public interest.Three principles should be followed in regarding whether the mass media have infringed the reputation right:purposeful bad intention,relatively true,and moderate tolerance.
