Abstract
Objective To study the change of serum myocardial enzyme of the patients with acute organic phosphorus poisoning and clinical significance. Methods The patients were divided into two groups, mild intoxication and moderate、severe intoxication according to the degree of intoxication. Lactate dehydrogenase acid tranferase, creatine kinase were tested respectively. Results Serum myocardial enzyme of moderate and severe intoxication patients were significantly higher than that of mild intoxication(P0.05). Conclusion Acute organic phosphorus intoxication can cause damage to myocardium and the degree of damage is related to the degree of intoxication .
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
