Abstract
A new method for the determination of trace amounts of elements Be,V,Co,Ni,Ga,Mo,Nb,Cd,Sb,Tl,Pb in high-purity titanium by ICP-MS was developed.ICP-MS operating parameters and conditions were optimized and selected.Titanium samples were digested with HF and HNO3.The solution was detected directly by ICP-MS with Sc,Cs and Re as internal standard.Detection limit and minimum limit of determination of the method were 0.03~0.1ng/mL and 0.2~0.5ng/mL,respectively.The recoveries ranged from 92.5% to 117%.Using the method to analyze the high-purity titanium, the results show that the method has good accuracy and precision, and it can meet the requirements of trace analysis.
