Abstract
Determination of eighteen trace metals in 2-propanol of high purity of electronic grade by ICP-MS with technology of standard state and plasma screen was described.Matrix effects were compensated by adding indium as the internal standard.Detection limit was 0.1 to 100 ng/L.The recovery of the method was 80 to 120%.Long term RSD was less than 7%.The results from ICP-MS were in agreement with those from ICP,but the accuracy and efficiency of analysis were improved.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
