Abstract
To optimize the fine extracting process via orthogonal experimental design, the extraction efficiency of polysaccharide was used to evaluate the effects of the extraction temperature, time and the ratio of material to water. The results showed that the ideal extraction process was:extraction for 6 h at 90 ℃ with 1∶40 ratio of material to water, the extraction efficiency of polysaccharide was 5.419%.
