Cultivating students’ personality development in innovating basic teaching

Higher education should put students’ personality in the core position and combine teaching with extracurricular activities together.For the cultivation of students’ ability and spirits are based on students’ personality development,and only developing students’ personality can cultivate real creativity.In the classes,teachers should advocate democracy,develop the students’ personality,teach students based on different situations;in extra-curricular classes,school should carry out various forms of activities to stimulate students to explore enthusiasm.
