Abstract

Education is not only for the needs of society,but also for the needs of human beings’na-ture,that is the direct aim of education.For this reason,cultivating students’personality is the important content of education in the future.To reach this goal,first,we have to change educational concept and ac-quire new ideas of talent.Second,we have to respect students’independence and initiative.Last,we have to teach students in accortance with their aptitude and train their independent personality and creativity.
