Abstract

To cultivate the students' sound personality is the important task endowed with the history. It is the need of the development of the times. The approach and ways to cultivate the students' right personality in the physical education are brought forward as follows:to quest the teaching material thoroughly,to strengthen the sports spirit,to pay attention to the teaching practice,to focus on the students' personal development,and to establish the democratic atmosphere,etc.
