"Justice of Nature" and "Human Desire"

The society needs harmony,and a harmonious society needs morality.How could the morality be accepted by people? Neo-Confucianists regard the supreme noumenonn of the universe-Justice of Nature-as the external ultimate authority of social morality,the human's Conscience as the fountain of inherent morality.To achieve the goal of harmonious society and prosperous country,the process is to use Harmony between and which is the consistency of Conscience and Justice of Nature to edify,restrain and standardize Human Desire.To closely examine the relation between Justice of Nature and Human Desire,and understand this relation by means of historical and objective perspective will be beneficial to open up the fountain of morality and the construction of harmonious society.
