To establish the harmonious society,the statute and the morality should complement in competence and coordinate in conception,but the fissure is getting much more between them.To establish the morality and the statute,the traditional morality should be abandoned and the modern statutable spirit must be utilized.It is also the inherent and the urgent requirement to establish the harmonious society.
