On the Perfection of Personnel's Mechanism in Public Institutions

Abstract
Public institutions have been becoming the ideal whither and shelter for the redundant personnel in the reformation of economic and political systems for a long time.In the new reformation,we can't walk along the old road,instead,we should put it as the breach to reform the leading management system of public institutions,deepen the reformation of the personnel's mechanism,perfect the institution's compensatory system,and allocate the redundant personnel appropriately.
