Abstract

Objective To analyze the characteristics and clinical manifestation of adverse drug reactions(ADR) induced by traditional Chinese medicine injection,in order to provide reference for clinical rational drug application. Methods A total of 76 cases of ADR which were caused by traditional Chinese medicine injection agents in the hospital from January 2007 to June 2012 were analyzed retrospectively by Excel software. Results 22 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injection were involved in the total 76 cases of ADR.Skin and appendages damage were the main manifestations, and Qingkailing injection lead the strongest ADR.Conclusion The monitoring of ADR should be strengthened in the hospital,in order to provide basis for clinical rational traditional Chinese medicine injection application.
