Abstract

Objective To understand the occurring characteristic of adverse drug reaction of traditional Chinese medicine injection, providing a basis for rational clinic drag use. Methods 354 cases on adverse drug reaction(ADR) in our hospital from 2007 to 2010 were analyzed in respects of age, sex, nation, weight, family history, past medical history, drug names, organs and systems involved, clinical manifestations, domestic literature, manual record and adverse reactions relevance evaluation.ResultsTo 38 kinds of Chinese medicine injection involved in the 354 ADR cases, patients over 50 had the highest incidence(58.19%),and ciwujia injection lead the strongest ADR(10.73%),rash and itching were the main manifestations of ADR.Chinese medicine injection used in the circulatory system produced the most ADR.Conclusion There are many reasons which lead to ADR for traditional Chinese medicine injection.ADR monitoring should be strengthened to improve drug use of safety in clinic.
