Clinical Efficacy of Jiaweisinisan on Chronic Superficial Gastritis with Liver-stomach Disharmony: A Clinical Observation

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Jiaweisinisan( 加味四逆散) on Chronic superficial gastritis with liver-stomach disharmony. Methods: A randomized, open and controlled clinical trial design was applied; According to the ratio of 1:1, the 60 cases of patients with Chronic superficial gastritis with liver-stomach disharmony were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. Patients were treated by Jiaweisinisan in treatment group and Omeprazole Enteric-coated Cap-sules plus Domperidone Tablets in control groups and the treatment cours was 4 weeks. The change of syndrome was ob-served, as well as the recurrence. Results: The total effective rate was 96.7% in treatment group and 90.0% in control group,and there was no statistical difference(P0.05); the recurrence rate was 3.5% in treatment group and 25.9% in control group a month, and the treatment group showed lower recurrence than the control group( P 0.01). Conclusion: Jiaweisinisan can provide curative effect for Chronic superficial gastritis, relieve symptom and reduce the recurrence.
