Abstract
Objective:To study the correlation of blood pressure variability and lipids in patients with primary hypertension.Method:80 patients with primary hypertension and blood pressure variability were selected in our hospital from Apirl 2008 to May 2011 as the blood pressure variability group,80 patients only with primary hypertension of the same period were selected as the no pressure variation group. The TC,TG,HDL,LDL,LP(A) and Apo of all the patients were tested and analyzed, the lipids of the patients with blood pressure variability after 6 months' treatment, blood lipid indicators were tested and compared with 6 months ago.Result:The level of the lipids of patients with primary hypertension and blood pressure variability were obviously higher than those of the patients only with primary hypertension when the lipids were tested for the first time(P0.05).After 6 months' antihypertensive and lipid-lowering therapy, the degree of blood pressure variability of patients with primary hypertension and blood pressure variability was obviously lower than that before the treatment(P0.05).Conclusion:For patients with primary hypertension and blood pressure variability, they are often combined with the hyperlipidemia.Controlling the level of lipids within the normal range can obviously reduce the variability of blood pressure.
