The Synthetical Evaluation of Level of Territory Cities in Hebei Province

Abstract
The urban competitiveness indicates the urban's development and abilities of innovation.By using the principal components method and founding the computation model,11 cities of Hebei province are analysed according to the estimated result of each city and the conclusion that the 11 cities can be divided into three levels is elicited.Based on the comprehensive analysis of different level cities with their advantages and disadvantages,the advice and countermeasures to 11 cities are proposed in order to accelerate the economic development.
