Abstract
Objective To observe whether the same calibrator can directly calibrate the different analytic systems. Methods The standard system was composed of Roche reagent, Roche cfas calibrator and Hitachi 7060 automatic biochemical ana-lyzer. The indicative value of Beckman multi-calibrator calibrated directly Olympus AU 2700/Zhongsheng reagent system and Beckman Delta CX7/Beckman reagent system. Then the accuracy was transmitted to the fresh mixed patient sera from the standard system. The indicative value of the Beckman multi-calibrator was transferred into the actual value in the Olympus AU 2700/Zhongsheng system. UREA,Creatinine(Cr),glucose(GLU),Calcium(Ca),magnesium(Mg),uric acid (UA),triglyceride(TG) and cholesterol (CHOL)in 40 fresh sera were measured by the four analytic systems above men-tioned. The all results were analyzed by SPSS 11. 0 software. Results When Olympus AU 2700/Zhongsheng system was calibrated by the indicative value of the Beckman multi-calibrator,the relative bias of UREA,Cr,Ca,TG were above 5% between Olympus AU 2700/Zhongsheng and the standard system. Among Olympus AU 2700/Zhongsheng system whose accuracy was transmitted. Beckman Delta CX7 system and the standard system,the relative bias were all lower than 5%. Meanwhile,the linear regressions were good. Conclusions The same calibrator can't directly calibrate the different analyt-ic systems,but it can calibrate the other analytic systems when it's accuracy is transferred by the standard system.
