Primary Study on Rapid Reproduction Method of Tube Test Plantlets in Potato

Abstract

The stem segments of in vitro plantlet were taken as explants to propagate in vitro rapidly in potato variety,Atlantic and Wuhua.The experiments were done using different hormones and proportion of culture medium.The result showed that MS medium supplemented with 1.0 mg/L 6-BA and 1.0 mg/L NAA was optimum for them,every axillary buds could sprout rapidly in this medium.They could root easily.The efficiency were improved,the cost were decreased.
