Abstract

CPC Central Committee's Decision on Strengthening the construction of the Party's capability to be in power make clear the new subject for the Party's construction.In order to carry out the Decision and strengthen the Party's construction of primary party organization's leading capability,Enterprise's Party Committee must clarify the guiding thought of primary party organization's construction,practice the Party's basic aim,strengthen democratic construction of grass-roots,develop service capability,be skilled at leading art,improve leader's quality.
