Thinking and Practice of Introduction of Party Construction into ISO Quality Control System

Abstract

Party construction work is of great significance to elevate competition power of state owned enterprise and to strengthen Party s class foundation and improve Party s governing capability.Introduction of ISO9000 management concept into Party construction,establishment of quality control system of Party construction,taking rich political connotation, Party construction significance and function into management theory so as to establish management system and mechanism of Party construction adapting to modern enterprise system is not beneficial for Party's self construction and Party organizational capacity construction but also provide organizational guarantee for the enterprise to realize strategic target of development.
