Abstract
The industrial based on intra-product specialization is the fourth international industrial transfer.Based on the view of intra-product specialization,the paper finds that China's processing trade is the main form of participation in the international division,which is easy to fall into the low end locked and unhelpful structure upgrading of foreign trade.In the trend of coupled transfer that the international industries to the east part of China and the industries of Chinese eastern coastal areas to the mid-west areas of China,promoting enterprises to shift from their embedded upgrading mode to a constructed mode,building a big country's domestic value chain network,and establishing innovation policies from the national level are the ways to promote the upgrading of China's foreign trade.
