Infection status and drug susceptibility analysis of mycoplasma strains in 1086 patients with nongonococcal urethritis

Objective:To investigate the infection status and drug resistance of mycoplasma strains isolated from nongonococcal urethritis.Methods:The IST2 kit produced by Bio-merieux was used to culture the mycoplasma strains and to do drug susceptibility test.Rusults:The positive is 447 and the Mycoplasma infection ratio was 41.16%,with ureaplasmaureal yticum(Uu)85.9%,mycoplasma hominis(Mh)0.67%and mixed infection 13.42%.The drug susceptibility test showed that drug resistance ratios were as follows:to ciprofloxacin(86.35%),ofloxacin(67.79%),erythromycin(30.65%),drug susceptibility ratios were as follows:to deoxycycline(98.43%),pristinamycin(98.21%)and josamycin(91.05%).Conclusion:Mycoplasma infection in genitourinary tract is mainly due to Uu infection.And the female is prone to infect the Uu.We should rationally choose and use antibiotics according to the drug susceptibility to avoidance the product of the resistance strains,and deoxycycline is very effective in the Taiyuan region.
