Study on Extraction Process for Jianshen Tablet by Orthogonal Test

Abstract

Objective:To optimize the extraction technology for Jianshen tablet.Method:The shape of Radix Astragalus was studied on the content of astragaloside Ⅳ and orthogonal test was used for studying the effect of water volume,extraction time and times on the content of icariin,astragaloside Ⅳ and solid.Result:The optimal extraction process was as follows:with 8 times of water extracted twice,each time for 1.5 h.The processing method of Radix Astragali was cutting for about 5-10 mm.Conclusion:The extraction process is reasonable and feasible.The method of content determination is accurate and reliable.
