Abstract
Objective To investigate the pattern of adrenomedullin(ADM),calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP),C-type natriuretic peptide(CNP)in the patient with pulmonary heart disease.Method To detect plasma ADM,CGRP,CNP in 60 cases of acute pulmonary heart disease patients before and after treatmen and 60 cases of healthy people using radioimmunoassay, and compare them. Results ADM,CGRP,CNP is significent higher than the healthy people(P0.01),ADM,CGRP,CNP is reduced significantly after treatment(P0.01).And ADM,CGRP,CNP was negatively correlated with PaO2 (r = - 0.52,P0.01),but have no correlation with PaCO2(r = 0.20,P0.05).Conclusion The detection of ADM,CRGP,CNP in the blood plasma can offer new standard for the prevention and curation of pulmonary heart disease.
