Abstract
Along with the deepening of administrative system reform in transportation construction,some shortages and problems in supervision practice appear at present.In allusion to the phenomena,the paper discusses the issues such as how to change the actuality of supervision enterprises,what is their positioning as well as how they develop and transform during the period of the 12th Five-Year Plan,which has a certain actual meaning to the sustainable development of supervision industry.
