Abstract
Objective To optimize the extraction process of ziyun membrane.Methods With orthogonal design,and the content of ferulic acid as the index of assessment,the high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was adopted to measure the content of ferulic acid in the extract so as to optimize the concentration of ethanol,dosage,time of extraction and frequency of extraction.Results The optimum extraction process:soaking for 60 minutes with 30% ethanol(10∶1)and refluxing extraction once for 120 minutes.Conclusion The extraction process of ziyun membrane is simple,reliable and feasible.
