Abstract

It can be roughly divided into four categories of li people's ancestor worship,such as Shizu(始祖) worship,Yuanzu(远祖)worship,Jinzu(近祖) worship and Jiazu(家祖) worship.The basic characteristic of Li people's ancestor worship reflects in plain,open and unique,and it have some social functions,such as avoid evil spirits and misfortunes,integrating society,regulating mind,moral enlightenment,and so on.
