Abstract

Under the background of higher education talent training mode homogeneity and local university facing increasingly severe employment pressure,training mode reform is imperative.Practice has proved that exploring cultivation mechanism for talents by adapting to the local economic development on the basis of higher vocational education,building a practice teaching platform to improve practical innovation ability,and constructing a new teaching system and two-qualification teachers team,are the main foothold of 3 certificate talents training mode,which the best way for talent cultivation of material professionals.
