Abstract

The overall matching scheme of common rail and the control strategy like injection quantity, common rail pressure, injection timing and pilot injection for 4JB1 diesel engine were designed. The influences of working times in a certain working conditions on MAP steps and vectors in the calibration were analyzed. The results show that the optimizing MAP with variable step improves the matching efficiency and that the emission reaches Euro Ⅲ exhaust emission standard after the optimizing method is used.
