Abstract
To meet the EURO-Ⅲ exhaust emission standard , the electronic-controlled high pressure injection technology is preferred for diesel engine. Based on the analysis of the EURO-Ⅲ exhaust emission standard and its characteristics, the injection parameters matching of the electronic-controlled high pressure common rail injection system were studied. The further injection parameters optimization and emission performance were carried out on the 4-cylinder diesel engine. The experiment showed the performance of the diesel engine equipped with the electronic-controlled high pressure common rail injection system had reached the EURO-Ⅲ exhaust emission standard.
