Abstract
[Objective] The study aimed to research the technology of flavonoids extraction from Auricularia auricula by ethanol extraction method.[Method] The factors that affect the extraction ratio were investigated by single factor and orthogonal experiments, including the liquid-to-solid ratio, the concentration of solvent, extraction time and extraction temperature.[Result] The optimum conditions were as follows:solid-liquid ratio was 1:7,ethanol concentration was 80%,extraction time was 6 h and temperature was 50 ℃.On this condition, the extraction ratio was 0.43%.[Conclusion] The process conditions were suit for flavonoids extraction from Auricularia auricula.
