Abstract
Flavonoids was extracted from Auricularia auricula by microwave method. The factors affecting the extraction rate were investigated, including microwave irradiation power, microwave irradiation time,solid-liquid ratio and ethanol volume fraction. The optimum extraction conditions of microwave method were obtained by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment as follows:microwave irradiation power was 560 W,microwave irradiation time was 50 s,solid-liquid ratio was 1∶9(g∶mL),ethanol volume fraction was 90%.Under above conditions, the extraction rate was 0.665%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
