Abstract
This paper aimed to optimize the conditions of Auricularia auricula flavonoids extraction by ultrasonic-assisted extraction method and increase the extraction rate.The effects of the four influencing factors were studied by single factor test and orthogonal test.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were: solid-to-liquid ratio 1∶6,ultrasonic power 80 W,ultrasonic time 15 min,and ethanol concentration 80%.On this condition,the extraction ratio was 0.79%.Ultrasonic-assisted extraction increased the extraction rate of Auricularia auricula flavonoids.
