Abstract
Nanometer solid superacid SO2-4/Fe2O3 was prepared by FeCl3 and determined by TEM.The spectrum of TEM indicated that its particle size was approximately 100 nm.Effects of(NH4)2SO4 concentration, baking temperature and baking time on performance of nanometer solid superacid were studied. The iso-amyl gallate was synthesized by iso-amyl alcohol and gallic acid by nanometer solid superacid SO2-4/Fe2O3.The main influential factors of reaction were investigated. The optimal reaction conditions were obtained as follows:the molar ratio of alcohol to gallic acid was 10∶1,the dosage of catalyst was 3.0%,reaction time was 3.0 h.And the yield of iso-amyl gallate was 74.3%.
