Medical professional responsibility: from the perspective of medicine.

Medical dispute has been a hot social topic in our country which is expressed as the increasing tension between doctors and patients. It is most important to ascertain the medical professional responsibility of doctor for settlement of medical dispute, however, this is complicated, because it involves not only law but also medical specialty knowledge. Therefore, the authors analyze professional responsibility of doctor from the perspective of medicine so as to determine it precisely and to balance the legal interests of patients and the development of medicine.
