Discussion on Qualities of Professional Medical Staff for Dispute Disposal

Good doctor-patient communication is an important basis for the disposal of medical dispute recently.After analysis on the roles of the communication ability of the professional medical staff in dispute disposal,this paper analyzed the communication ability of the professional staff from the view point of ethics,and then pointed out that the professional staffs should have the quality of communication,ethics cultivation,medical professional quality and legal science specialized quality in order to well solve medical disputes.
