At present, medical professional responsibility is becoming an hot topic because of the exasperate relation between doctors and patients. However, professions and scholars have not agreed with each other for some basal problems such as the definition, nature, constitution, sorts and abatement and exemption of medical professional responsibility under special circumstances.
