The Study on the Regulation of Utilization of the Private Capital and Financial Innovation in China

By combining the development status of private capital in China,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the utilization of private capital and reasons,and also proposes following countermeasures on how to facilitate the financial innovation and regulate the utilization of private capital as reducing the entrance threshold and expanding the range of private capital involving in financial industry,specifying policy measures and increasing the policy guidance and support,speeding up the financial innovation and promoting the healthily development of the private capital.
