Abstract
This paper analyzes the reason which is difficult to finance for the private scientific and technological enterprise in the initial stage of pineering,and one's own characteristic of development.According to situations of development in private capital market both at home and abroad,the basic views are explained that private capital market is the best financing way to private scientific and technological enterprise in the initial stage of pineering.Meanwhile using experiences of private capital market in U.S.A for reference,We propose the foundation and methods of private capital market dometic,which opens up the road in order to promote the development of private scientific and technological enterprise.
