Feeding Entity Industry with Private Capital in Financial SAR

Nowadays with the financing difficulties of Small and Medium-sized Enterprise and the investment difficulties of private capital,in order to support the real economy,it is necessary to guide private capital to feed entity industry.This research recommends setting up a financial SAR to break up the previous restrictions on the operation of financial institutions with various financial measures so as to achieve a balance between funds supply and demand.Meanwhile,a special operation mechanism is needed to increase financial support to entities so that the capacity of private capital for serving the real economy can be promoted.Aiming at offering valuable suggestions on policy for China's financial reform,this article hopes to contribute to the healthy and stable development of national economy.
