Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation analysis of the extent of early serum enzyme activity between fetal asphyxia. Methods Form January 2010 to December 2012,121 cases of neonatal asphyxia were treaded in NICU,including 72 cases of mild asphyxia,49 cases of severe asphyxia, dynamic observation of changes of serum activity were compared between the two groups of children vivo changes in the level of serum enzymes. Results The mild group and severe group of serum enzymes AST,LDH,CK,CK-MB mean severe asphyxia group mild asphyxia group increased, the two groups of children of LDH,CK-MB,the mean difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion The neonatal asphyxia can cause increased their serum enzyme activity in vivo, and the higher the degree of asphyxia there is a certain degree of correlation, but needs further dynamic observation.
