Abstract

The experimental study on fluid hydraulics of small-perforated sieve tray with an air-water system in a 1.2 meters diameter column is made,and it can give a result of clear liquid height.The coefficients in the correlations,which are used for calculating clear liquid height of sieve tray,cited in literature,are correlated again by analyzing experimental data.A better one for predicting clear liquid height on small-perforated sieve tray is found by comparing them.
